Virtual Treasure Hunt — Account Deletion

Virtual Treasure Hunt users can permanently delete their account and associated game data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Virtual Treasure Hunt.

2. Open Options.

3. Scroll to the Account section.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to Virtual Treasure Hunt, you can request deletion of your account by emailing info@skyperspectivephotos.com.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Virtual Treasure Hunt account and include “Virtual Treasure Hunt Account Deletion” in the subject line. We may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.

Data deleted

When your Virtual Treasure Hunt account is deleted, your account and associated game data are permanently deleted, including your player profile and game progress associated with that account.

Data that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial record-keeping purposes may be retained where required.
